As the Head of Enabling Services at NWROCU, I have over 10 years of experience in leading and managing the business operations and resources of a regional collaboration unit that tackles organised crime. I hold the Chartered Fellowship CIPD and ILM credentials, and I am skilled in strategic leadership, people management, financial management, change delivery, and digital transformation.My mission is to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the NWROCU's objectives and priorities, by aligning the business plans and people/OD strategy to the organisation’s vision. Adopting a continuous improvement approach I successfully manage a budget of £40m+, and have delivered a number of organisational change programmes. I have lead responsibility for digital strategy, People & OD, marketing and communications, finance and corporate governance for the NWROCU. I am passionate about enhancing the wellbeing, development, and engagement of staff and stakeholders, and fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging.
