I am insatiably curious, detail- and achievement-oriented, and geek out about business process mapping and efficiency.My professional experience varies across industries and roles which has allowed my quick-learner and adaptable nature to shine. Whether it was providing excellent customer service ringing customers up as a cashier or working with clients as an office assistant; managing and tracking data in Google Sheets, Excel, or Salesforce; interviewing process owners and building process maps; or networking with vendors in the wedding and events space, I've gotten to do a lot of fun and interesting things.I am constantly seeking opportunities to learn new things and have added several LinkedIn Learning certifications, Salesforce Trailhead badges, and WGU micro-credentials to my career toolkit. In my spare time, I love to read (nonfiction related to women’s issues, language, social issues, and personal development; fiction genres: literary fiction, science fiction, fantasy, classics) and eat (favorite cuisines: Chinese, Italian, Indian, Puerto Rican, Southern).
