I spend my time working as a gun-for-hire, brought in when training content needs to be created fast, but at a high quality bar. When I’m not doing that, I’m trying to find ways to contribute to leveling up the overall craft of Learning and Development across Riot.The work I engage with is centered around HR content - Manager Development, Performance Management (including our formal processes and our informal feedback culture), Job Architecture and Compensation, our annual employee engagement survey, and more. I also have the wonderful opportunity to assist in D&I work, our Learn with League program, and overall L&D consultation to the development side of the company.

I assist in building educational experiences for Rioters with the incredibly talented Learning and Development team, while fostering a learning ecosystem within the walls of Riot.I also iterate, facilitate, and perform analysis on our manager fundamentals course.And I'm a terrible jungler.

I'm the PO for Riot's internal learning hub, which involves general upkeep of the site as well as continued posting and data mining to determine effectiveness and use-rate.I work with Talent Development (formerly Learning & Development) on various team projects.I handle coordination/facilitation for Rioters in QA and Engineering to teach each other.I also perform general coordination tasks for QA, including planning QA events, acting as a pseudo-Scrum Master for the leads, creating/iterating/sharing the onboarding presentation with new QA hires, and leading QA discipline syncs that should occur monthly.
