• Within the Adobe's internal Creative Studio, I've served as Program Manager to various squads including Adobe Acrobat Product Marketing, Corporate Events, Brand Expression, Music and Entertainment Partnerships, and Sports Marketing. • Responsible for managing the creative development process, resources, and delivery of all omni-channel global digital assets throughout multiple workstreams for large-scale marketing campaigns and events.• Partner with marketing strategists across various channels (including web, email, social, OOH, paid media, video, etc) and provide project scope, timelines, and task information to internal copywriters, designers, and developers to manage the creative resources from start to finish, facilitating workflow along the way. • Responsible for all budget management, and best practices in a large-scale creative organization.• Help develop internal traffic systems, create schedules, tracking project progress, route work for review and approval, and open and close projects.

Ensured all outsourced jobs are completed in a timely, cost effective manner. • Acted as Print Specialist to further educate sales team on print production techniques and sales tactics to help increase print department revenue and job success. • Owner of complex print jobs from beginning stages of idea pitching / solution finding through to successful completion and delivery. • Large understanding of pre-press work, paper stocks, various print techniques, and print finishing.

• Initiate project process by analyzing client's criteria, reviewing RFP's, developing design briefs, and determining action items for completion within, while cultivating a relationship with the customer.• Establish and maintain proper workflow by utilizing critical date timelines for duration of evolving design and build process ensuring successful and profitable project completion. • Accountable for providing job context to all departments in the design/build studio and maintaining ongoing communication with client. Administrator of all client interaction and documentation including design packages, estimates, invoices, comprehensive notes, graphic opportunity keys, and all meeting schedules.

• Served as a liaison between sales team, clients, and production staff, communicating all details of incoming graphic print jobs from start to finish. • Checked all client graphic files to ensure print readiness & communicated any potential corrections needing to be made.• Tracked jobs throughout shop to ensure proper & timely delivery of prints, after performing quality, accuracy & color checks.
