Insight Magnet provides solutions to convert customer and employee feedback into action items that help move the needle. My job is to work with customers to accomplish their goals.I get involved in the design of the program and manage the customer through their onboarding process.The goal is to set up the process where the known daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly needs are met with a few mouse clicks. Relieving the analysts of the tedium of data analysis and making time available to them to focus on the decisions is my primary goal. I continue to work on one-off campaigns which I thoroughly enjoy.
