- Lead cross-team effort for Azure A/B testing -- including project coordination, metric authoring, experiment consultation, and accountability for setting and accomplishing cross-team KRs.- Lead statistical research projects and develop prototypes for advanced experimentation methodology such as covariate adjustment and nonparametric testing: coordinating with PM and engineers for production implementation at scale.

- Co-developed A/B experimentation program within Azure ecosystem.- Developed and taught experimentation classes for Microsoft-wide audiences.- Performed varied analyses and research to support experimentation adoption and value.- Assessed efficacy and feasibility of candidate statistical methods.

- Teach introductory probability and statistical modeling to Computer Science majors.- Design curriculum including industry-informed project-based learning.
