I work on a EU funded projects including a Horizon 2020 project called NEMESIS. The project is in France, Spain, Greece, The Netherlands, Germany, Portugal and the UK. We have designed and developed the philosophy and theory behind and are now currently trialling Social Innovation in Education - this is where young people and adults (school staff, community members, businesspeople, social innovators...) work together to create social action projects that address local issues. Young people develop their key competences to become more aware and able to help improve society to make it fairer. I am involved in piloting, evaluating and scaling the project as well as designing and delivering teacher training and resources (sometimes in Spanish and French). I organised the UK consortium meeting for 30 delegates in June 2019.I am on the joint project management team of an Erasmus+ project called SPEED (School Programme for Ethical Enterprise Development) to help schools create ethical enterprises with their community. Schools will trade ecological roducts to help the environment and students will learn how to be social entrepreneurs. The project is running from Novermber 2020 for 30 months with partners in the UK, Greece, Germany and Croatia. I am also Project Manager of Creative Academy - an Erasmus+ project to support the recovery of the Creative & Cultural Sector post covid through education.

I designed, and delivered educational days at Wentworth Woodhouse and Elsecar Heritage Centre. The days were aimed at secondary schools and cover subjects such as enterprise skills, local heritage, history, creativity, engineering and connecting with the community. There were also career and Gatsby Benchmark links through quality employer engagement and spending time in a workplace. I presented and coordinated the days as well as designed and delivered specialist workshops such as on enterprise skills and social innovation competences. As part of the project I also designed and delivered days at Wentworth Castle Gardens as part of Creative Careers! week in 2020.
