The Community Hubs Initiative is a partnership between the City of Calgary, Rotary Clubs of Calgary, and United Way of Calgary and Area to activate Community Hubs in key communities to increase social inclusion, economic participation, and reduce poverty. The Community Hubs Liaison role works with project management and the hub sites to create seamless rollout of strategy and ensure strong communication and feedback loops between all partners and hub sites. Within this role, I also support the innovation and design thinking to best address barriers to service and coordination of care.

Responsible for the operations and direction of 1000 Voices and Youth Matters teams and Hub Site Lead for the North of McKnight Community Hub. While in this role I facilitated partnership negotiation, groups, and large scale meetings, was responsible for financial oversight of program budgets, and led partnerships and collaborations to help further program outcomes and continuum of support.Throughout my time in this role I also gained experience and skills in developing logic models, theory of change, and evaluation using best practices to support meeting strategic goals and worked with teams to put into practice.
