Staying up-to-date on hiring trends is important to me as the hiring process and market is always changing. I've learned to use technology as a tool to assist job-seekers and have enjoyed sharing this information with customers and other career coaches.It's incredibly important to have a personalized approach to career coaching as each job-seeker has different goals. I take a relational approach to career coaching by learning about each customer and their aspirations and tailoring suggestions and advice to them. I am also a resume nerd and actually enjoy writing resumes, a task most despise, so I am always happy to assist with this. I work with customers to create their resume in a manner reflects them, their achievements, and that will help get them the job they want!When I'm not at work, you may find me bouldering/rock climbing, skiing, at spin class or cooking at home while listening to a podcast. I value keeping in touch with friends, continual growth and learning, and travel!
