Lead and manage strategic planning projects and operational processes for the marketing team, including leading strategic growth projects, budgeting, headcount management, and executive reviews/ communications.

-Design, use, or maintain databases and software applications, such as geographic information systems (GIS) mapping and artificial intelligence tools. -Gather and evaluate information, using tools such as aerial photographs, radar equipment, or sensitive radio equipment. -Prepare comprehensive written reports, presentations, maps, or charts based on research, collection, and analysis of intelligence data. -Validate known intelligence with data from other sources. -Collaborate with representatives from other government and intelligence organizations to share information or coordinate intelligence activities.

-Gather intelligence information by field observation, confidential information sources, or public records. -Create or implement security standards, policies, and procedures. -Conduct, support, or assist in governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of the facilities security processes. -Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives. -Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed. -Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures.

-Establish criminal profiles to aid in connecting criminal organizations with their members. -Evaluate records of communications, such as telephone calls, to plot activity and determine the size and location of criminal groups and members. -Document computer security and emergency measures policies, procedures, and tests.

-Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications program software. -Create, edit, or analyze geospatial data, using Global Positioning Systems (GPS) or digitizing techniques. -Coordinate or direct research or publication activities of technicians or related staff. -Lead team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations. -Review procedures in database management system manuals for making changes to database. -Select and enter codes to monitor database performance and to create production database.

-Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. -Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants. -Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information. -Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities. -Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system. -Compute wages and deductions while making data entries into computers. -Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. -Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees. -Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases. -Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.
