Established new business rules and processes to standardize mission statements, organizational structure, and equipment across all similar units in the Marine Corps.-Lead Project Manager, planned and executed two multi-million dollar projects deploying the MEF's HQ (3-star HQ for all Marine Force in Pacific Theater), establishing the infrastructure and logistics support for over 3,200 personnel. This headquarters allowed the commander to command and control all Marine Forces in the Pacific region.
