I am a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist in the Revenue Cycle department at CCS Medical. The bulk of my career has been spent at CCS, since I am passionate about our mission to help improve the lives of those with chronic illnesses. I have been in a number of positions within the company, since I believe a well rounded and knowledgeable employee is a valuable one. I have worked in the healthcare field for the last 21 years and have performed auditing and reporting functions, verified insurance, served as team lead over multiple departments, performed accounts receivable functions, assisted with testing system enhancements, developed training for new CCS employees, helped to implement new applications for insurance criteria, have developed policies and procedures, have had system enhancements I’ve suggested implemented, as well as assisted in obtaining authorizations and the set up of new patient accounts.
