Crm Lead - Fox Subscription And Ad-Based Video-On-Demand Services
CurrentDirect customer lifecycle experience for Fox subscription video on demand services.- Develop and execute customer management strategies to increase trial-to-paid conversions, drive subscriber engagement with original programming, and reduce churn.- Collaborate with the network Marketing teams to develop CRM campaigns inline with programming priorities to support series and season premieres. - Oversee customer communications for SVODs/AVODs to drive acquisition, service on-boarding, ongoing engagement, and discovery of content. Includes developing communication creative (email, push, in-app, web pages, and web banners), segmenting audiences, and A/B testing of creative. - Partner with Analytics to develop reporting dashboards and analysis needed to gain customer insights.- Drove the development and launch of the Fox Nation direct-to-consumer and eRetail gift card program and drive ongoing marketing and distribution for the program.
