About Jen Davis
With many years’ experience in I.T. firstly as an engineer I am now enjoying an Engineering management role heading up four DevOps teams with 14 direct reports. Prior to this I thoroughly enjoyed being an Agile delivery manager, being responsible for the delivery of software of new APIs along with legacy systems, setting and monitoring progress against individual development goals. The servant leadership aspect of the Scrum Master role was also a joy and gave me my love of Agile. It was so fulfilling to lead a team in this way, taking responsibility when difficult decisions needed to be made and helping the team becoming fully performant.
