I worked in a team environment supporting all forms of client technology needs including hardware, software, troubleshooting, training, ticketing. Responsible for client onboarding and offboarding and proficient in Microsoft Platforms (M365, Sharepoint, Teams, Azure) as well as Crowdstrike, Threatlocker, Splashtop, NinjaONE, ConnectWise, Avanan, AppRiver, KnowBe4, and HaloPSA.

In house Technician for Ontivity's Gig Harbor branch and remote support for their Eastern WA, MT, and ID locations. I supported users that were remote in the field assisting in connecting to Generator and Cell Phone Tower Equipment. Managed their Security cameras, Security Alarm System as well as their VOIP phone service. Received Kasaya VSA Certification. Troubleshot all hardware/software issues.

Provided onsite service for computer, networking, and copier repair. Worked with a variety of clients over a wide geographic area. Services included virus and malware removal, hardware upgrades, network set up and troubleshooting, operating system installation and configuration, and data transfers. My job was to digitally organize and prepare the company to sell its products. During my time there I created and maintained a landing web page and Shopify e-commerce website. I researched and compiled information on material and prices of competitor parts and createdcomparison charts and catalog pages of our products. I setup website Analytics and the GoogleAdwords campaign. I also configured computers and mobile phones for email and all necessarysoftware.

I was an RA for the Muzzall Hall Freshman Dorms during my Senior Year. I won the "RA of the Year" award that year.

I lead weekly Sunday School for the Middle School Students. I was also a leader for our Middle and High School Summer Camps and Middle School Mission Trip.
