I have a passion for creating thriving communities and organizations that seek to bring forth positive change, through employing strategic thinking, innovative public education efforts, capacity building, fundraising acumen, and a strong commitment to peace and justice. As a sociologist, I understand how to address issues holistically, through systems analysis, research, and bringing diverse stakeholders together to co-create collaborative solutions that ultimately creates a world that works for everyone. I have considerable experience in program management, training, curriculum and organizational development efforts as well as how to maximize collaborative partnerships, especially with historically underrepresented groups. I am an engaging speaker, facilitator, and storyteller, having also produced film and music projects to further strengthen community arts efforts.
