As a partner at Red Dog I perform an array of tasks from customer service and invoicing to labor. I was a key player in the development of the company and business plan that generated the creation of Red Dog. My main roles include operation management, project management and customer relations.

Established the vision, image, morale, and motivation of Salon J. Developed and lead a team of a well-equipped stylist and barbers that represented the entirety of the business. Managed marketing, operations and customer/public relations. Cultivated an atmosphere of comradery, client appreciation, and ethical operations. Used social media platforms to advertise Salon J and effectively gain clients. Organized Excel worksheets for record keep purposes. Grew Salon J from twenty clients to over 300.

Lead a team of fifteen employees. Managed all farm operations related to medical and human resource departments. Worked diligently to constantly improve production through motivation, innovative problem solving and implementation of technology. Counseled with off-farm professionals to attain the highest quality and care standards.
