The Yavapai County Juvenile Justice Center’s Dependency Program encompasses CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) program coordination, court improvement objectives, and dependency program procedures. In addition, in the role of Community Coordinator I assist in the facilitation of Initial Progress Mediation for all parties to the dependencies in our court, and follow up with community partners to ensure families receive services and assistance.

The ADR Program within Yavapai Superior Court is recognized throughout the state of Arizona as an excellent program offering mediation services to families negotiating parenting time and legal decision making. I am grateful to have worked with the wonderful staff in this department, providing family mediation to the community.

At Resolve I was the first point of contact for community members seeking dispute resolution and restorative justice services. I also managed the Salesforce database, edited and designed the MailChimp newsletter, worked with the Executive Director on the seasonal campaign to engage and thank donors, and managed many of the day to day operations at the center. I also trained in restorative justice and mediation. I began participating in restorative justice circles and mediation observation.
