- Using social media to gather research information for SocialWorx and its client base- Liaising with clients to ensure work is delivered on time and to the expected standards- Ad-hoc duties requested by the team or senior leadership

- Line management of 6 team members, organising their day to day tasks and aiding them in prioritising workloads- Improving production efficiency through keeping records or stock sold, and using analysing the data to forecast stock levels needed per day, and at what time maximum sales occurred- Keeping detailed records including managing budgets and creating inventory reconciliation reports, ensuring all items were correctly classified- Training and developing other members of the team, up-skilling new and existing colleagues- Ensuring all food was up to the expected quality standards and the kitchens met health and safety in accordance with the law and Pret guidelines- Visual merchandising - laying out the stock and the shop floor to ensure it was presented to the correct standards
