Working with one of the largest Telecomunication Companies in Canada, I was responsible of providing the best Customer Service to user of the Corporate Division.From Feb. 2016 to Feb. 2017 the support was fully by phone and email, from Feb. 2017 to July 2017 i was involved in a proyect to test new plans for executive accounts before they were launched to prevent error.
