Troubleshooting plant/process problem in DELAY COKER UNIT.Operating system application & product system (SAP system) software version P10 and RP12 for work permit system.Smother and interruptive operation with the help of planning scheduling and execution of daily routine as well as non-routine activity.Executing Hot tapping job, Pigging, NDT testing and line breakup.Dealing with firefighting system such as Fire hydrant, FM-200, Deluge system, Various Smoke and Flame detector, Toxic Gas detector. Handling of work documentation like PSM critical and non-critical equipment status, Hazardous identification risk assessment sheet (HIRA), SOP and SOC.Involved in plant equipment handover to maintenance.Review & Updating of P&ID and PFD drawing.Participating in Plant safety start up review procedure (PSSR).Working as per guideline of Operating management system (OMS) and Plant safety management system (PSM)Good housekeeping practice.

Responsible for all activities of Nitration plant of • 2-Ethyl Hexyl Nitrate (Nitration of 2-EHA) • Mono Nitro Benzene (Nitration of Benzene) • Mono Chloro Benzene (Nitration of MCB)• Also Responsible For Separation Process of Various Isomer of Di-Chloro Benzene (DCB) through Vacuum fractional distillation column, Flash distillation column and Crystallization process
