Adjunct Instructor in the Matteo Ricci College and Arts Leadership Program. Designed and taught courses for undergraduate and graduate students in arts education, arts and community engagement, curriculum design, and pre-service teacher education. Designed and supervised teaching internships for second year students in the Matteo Ricci education degree program.

Worked as an arts education consultant for the USAID-funded PRIME Project in the Afar, Southern Regions, and Somali provinces of Ethiopia.Provided training and consulting services to circus companies, theatre companies, community leaders, and educators on using theatre as a tool for community connections and nutrition education. Wrote 15 nutrition education theatre scripts, handbooks on using the arts for education purposes, and developed systems for communities to facilitated dialogues about nutrition education.
