Undergraduate psychology student at Harvard seeks opportunities to manage projects and develop team members to utilize their individual talents and achieve their potential. I am a task-oriented worker with a passion for mental health. I counsel individuals recovering from chemical dependency for free in a nonprofessional capacity and provide peer-to-peer mental and emotional support. As a student, my primary area of research is in the efficacy of physical exercise in reducing symptoms of depression and self-harm in trauma-based disorders. I have a growing interest in preventative mental healthcare, particularly with respect to the intersection of inflammation, autoimmune disease, trauma and mood disorders, and nutrition and exercise. I believe in creating environments that foster health and wellness to maximize the productivity and satisfaction of team members.
