During the event I was a part of the golf cart team responsible for safely getting artists to/from their stages amid the festival.

Oversee all aspects of artist and crew hospitality for over 200 shows during the course of the festival. Includes managing budget, sponsor product, artist riders, and backstage hospitality for shows at venues all over San Francisco. This includes managing the Artist Lounge which is a space at our sponsor hotel where artists can pick up their credentials, enjoy some light bites and beverages, and mingle with other artists and crew. I manage a close knit team of 3 and have also taken on festival badge oversight due to my experience with credentialing. This includes putting together artist packets, arranging delivery of badges to hotels for high level talent, issuing staff credentials, and creating a plan for badge distribution.Prior to managing the Hospitality department I managed the box office for all SF Sketchfest shows at the Swedish American Hall in 2016 and 2017. I was responsible for ticket sales, will call and guest list management, artist security, and sending reports to the Sketchfest Ticketing Manager.

Responsible for management of music concerts during annual week long festival, including management of guest lists, merchandising, and payment to the bands with related accounting and reports.
