This involves updating materials, setting up the event on Eventbrite, tracking sign ups, and issuing survey completion requests following each session-regularly assisting my colleagues as required with tasks such as front desk reception and helping during network events (consistent with the requirements of a small office environment)-attend external meetings and acting as an advocate for ALOC and its membership-participating on the Retirement Committee by taking care of meeting logistics, minute taking, and following up as appropriate on action items-adding documents such as job postings and information sheets to the ALOC website as well as regularly reviewing the website and updating content as required
