Circulation and cataloging librarian. Major responsibilities include supervising circulation and cataloging staff of 20 people, writing the desk schedule every other week, cataloging, creating and maintaining lists, collection development, e-book collection development, reference, as well as many other tasks and duties. I am also the founder of Silk City Board Game Group, a very successful adult board game group, as well as the moderator for Keeping It Classy Book Club, as well as several other adult programs. I was also one of two to work on our popular Take Me Home Totes. In June 2015 I helped launched BluuBeam technology here at Manchester Public Library. We were one of the first in the state of Connecticut to use iBeacon technology.

My main duties are social media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, FourSquare, Pinterest, Tumblr, Google+, etc), the website, www.ctfootcare.com, and visiting doctor's offices, as well as coordinating community events, such as shoe drives.
