As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I draw heavily upon the principles of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Life Balance. The wellness coaching field is uniquely designed to help people discover inner motivation while displaying consistent, genuine reverence for the relationship. I’m deeply committed to those coaching ideals. I thrive on guiding people towards self-confidence, dignity and independence. Advancing social justice platforms and incorporating anti-discriminatory, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA supportive care into practice is a foundation in my work. Creating a collaborative process where I share techniques that can facilitate transformation is a joy. My experience in the mental health field includes counseling survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, Shelter Director for the homeless population, advanced training in trauma-informed and anti-discriminatory health care plus three years as a Human Rights Officer for folks with serious mental illness. I also have experience coordinating foster care at The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. This role provides insight and skills working with family reunification, adoption and children in foster care. I offer a holistic coaching approach to focus on the overlap of your emotional, social, spiritual and physical well-being. It would be my honor to be included on your wellness journey!
