Accounting/Bookkeeping • Maintain company books including A/P, A/R, bank statements and other reports • Prepare and process both intercompany and temp employees'​ payroll • Prepare payroll remittance to Receiver General • Prepare HST remittance to Receiver General • Prepare EHT remittance to Minister of Finance • Responsible for WSIB reporting & payments • Reconcile bank and credit card statements • Responsible for follow-up on outstanding invoices • Responsible for completing and issuing ROE's Administration • Parse candidates into company database • Conduct and complete candidate reference checks • Post jobs to job websites, company website and other social media • Maintain recruiter calendars • Assist with marketing and mailings • Prepare monthly newsletters • Schedule interviews • Maintain and update company website • Research and update contact information for new and potential Clients
