Oversee staff of a small Ophthalmology practice with two office locations in the busy tri-state area.• Required to manage six QuickBooks accounts, all accounts receivables and payables.• All upkeep for both offices including ordering of supplies and upkeep of equipment.• Responsible for the hiring and training of new staff.• Front end reception efficiency including daily patient encounter forms, co-payments, scheduling ofappointments and surgical procedures.• Responsible for receiving insurance company payments and submissions, including EFT, EOB's, and allpatient billing.• Required to re-credential all doctors through CAQH as well as maintaining all physicians’ licenses.• Competent in E-Prescribe setup and maintenance as well as updating EMR coding.• Responsible for setting up all personnel events, charities, travel and medical missions for the lead physician.• Required to attend pertinent insurance seminars annually.• Maintains a bright, cheerful, and professional work ethic to boast a productive atmosphere.
