My background includes extensive customer relations, retention and developing new customer leads. In my current position I market my healthcare product to private citizens, healthcare providers and hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. My favorite part of the job is helping clientele find their way to a product that will make their lives easier. I am also responsible to control all aspects of positive public perception. This includes social media, brochures, takeaways, collateral that represents the company and ratings and reviews on the web. In this position I am also responsible to create and oversee special events that bring awareness to my product this includes Trade shows, open houses, dinners and Holiday events.In my past experience in not only business development but business office management I was responsible for financial improvement. This led to fundraising and collecting those funds. I also have experience in budget management and developing budgets in order to achieve financial goals. I have ample experience in bringing attention to a new business and leading special events for that purpose.
