Non-Profit: Provide primary legal support to the 1Million Project and the 1Million Project Foundation, focused on providing devices and wireless service to high school students without reliable home internet access; serve as elected Director and Secretary of the 1Million Project Foundation Board of Directors; manage outside counsel for both the 1Million Project Foundation and the Sprint Foundation. Regularly collaborate with attorneys in privacy, regulatory, intellectual property, marketing, and procurement groups to provide cohesive, solution-oriented counseling and direction.
