1. Establish, develop the operations, and build capabilities of the SG Cares Volunteer Centres to strengthen the towns' volunteerism ecosystem to meet the communities' needs. - Actively engage stakeholders (e.g. educational institutions, healthcare institutions, government agencies, grassroots organisations etc.) to facilitate sustainable partnerships that involve the channeling and optimisation of resources to meet ground needs. - Designated account head to grow sector-based volunteerism by working closely with and managing corporates and public agencies that interested to give back to the community. This involves understanding their needs and propositions and thereafter matching them with suitable partners.- Co-lead the Capability Development Project Team responsible for building stakeholders' capabilities in four domains: training, partnerships, communications and marketing and digitalisation.2. Oversee and manage all communication and branding matters related to the SG Cares Volunteer Centres. - Implemented and executed a branding exercise to solidify the identity of the SG Cares VCs and amplify the messages of volunteerism, care and inclusivity. - Work closely with stakeholders to host and publish materials on suitable platforms to increase public awareness, build mindshare and incite action. This includes designing eDMs, creating landing pages etc. 3. Sub-team lead for SG Cares Giving Week 2020 and 2021- Lead the partnerships sub-team to facilitate 3P (People, Private, Public) partnerships to execute initiatives and amplify outreach efforts. 4. Guide and mentor two Senior Executives in their work deliverables- This includes vetting their deliverables and scheduling regular check-ins with them to review work progress and plan for upcoming projects.

- Assisted a team of five in managing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to promote internship and scholarship opportunities. - Conceptualised corporate employer branding ideas in the form of coordinating employee interviews and creating publicity content (e.g. videos) hosted on social media platforms. - Implemented new tactics to boost visibility of and engagement with the official Telegram channel, such as coming up with content pillars and buying ads. The number of subscribers increased by 179%. - Managed the official Telegram channel by conceptualising the visuals and copywriting the technology-related content, to be published thrice weekly.

- Conceptualised Facebook posts twice weekly which included editorials, branding posts and a social media contest, and increased SG Cares’ Facebook page likes from 14,857 to 15,194 within two months with limited budget. - Supervised media agencies and printing companies to ensure smooth delivery of marketing collaterals. - Designed marketing collaterals using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for Public Service Transformation Week 2019. - Pitched the project to venue partners and successfully secured three venues to house an exhibition mural. - Corresponded with over 50 organisations including schools, corporates and social service agencies, to be a part of the three SG Cares events graced by ministers and over thousands of the members of public.
