Facilitate restorative justice cases diverted from Denver District Attorney's Office

-Support Sexual Assault Response Teams and coordinated community efforts to address sexual violence through monthly meetings, trainings, individual technical assistance and an annual SART Institute & Coordinator Day-Train member programs that address sexual violence in anti-oppression practices, trauma informed and survivor centered practices, and advocacy basics-Lead efforts to advance restorative justice frameworks and models to address sexual violence through hosting learning communities, hosting a restorative justice summit and focused individual support for communities-Sit on and/or attend state-wide committees including Human Trafficking Council, Sex Offender Management Board, and Forensic Compliance Team

-Management of Prevention & Education Program including grant writing and reporting, strategic planning, -Supervision and train interns and volunteers-Facilitation of multi-session sexual violence prevention curriculum with high school youth-Facilitation training for teachers on sexual violence prevention curricula-Ongoing technical assistance and support for teachers and school districts-Development of age-appropriate, evidence based prevention curricula-Development, design, branding of training materials-Collaborate with state-wide prevention committees

-Management of Sexual Assault Training Institute-Development of discipline specific curriculum for nurses, law enforcement, prosecutors, advocates, and SARTs (Sexual Assault Response Teams).-Recruit, hire, supervise experts to serve as faculty for trainings-Management of logistics for trainings and conferences -Lecture and train on sexual assault dynamics, best practices in response to victims of sexual assault, and development and sustainability of SARTs for a multi-disciplinary audience-Group grant writing-Grant management including communications with monitors, approval processes, budgeting, and grant reporting

-Assisted women through the legal process to obtain an order of protection-Navigated the Ecuadorian legal system in Spanish-Crisis management for victims of domestic violence-Created a development strategy, grant writing

-Shadowed a Guatemalan social worker in her daily duties-Participated on home visits and wellness checks-Helped provide resources and referrals for families in program-Participated and aided in running planned activities for children in program

-Taught classes in a clinic and at schools on nutrition, hygiene, domestic violence, sex education, self esteem, puberty and more to children ages 7-15 in Spanish-Translated Spanish information into lesson plans appropriate for the classroom-Created age and lesson specific appropriate activities and games -Train new volunteer educators

-Managed summer food program providing children in public housing 2 free meals a day-Created lesson plans on and trained women from public housing on job skills

-Engage the Denver community in discussion, advocacy, and persuasion on ballot amendments through door to door canvassing-Training and management of volunteers

-Develop relationships with allied professionals in service of participating in and creating a multidisciplinary response and administrative grouping for sexual assault-Coordinate nurses hours towards becoming Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner certified-Generate a plan of action to guide efforts in developing a Cook County Sexual Assault Response Team -Grant writing-Provide individual clinical counseling to survivors of sexual assault

-Provide individual therapy to adults and children-Complete initial assessment and treatment plans-Utilize domestic violence psychoeducation
