Job includes:Overall management of Fresh Thinking, ensuring all customers expectations are met or exceeded, meeting with clients, ordering stock/linen/casual staff, processing purchase orders, paying casual staff and making sure all members of staff are happy in their duties.Running large functions for 600+ customers (e.g. Sit down meals, Buffets, Drink Receptions).Provide on the job training with new staff and attending regular management meetings.This position was offered to me after a successful position on my placement year (February 2008-February 2009) as a Trainee Manager.

A well established four star golf resort in the countryside, position included:Running meeting’s and event’s from 10 – 500 people.Supervising up to 40 members of staff.Meeting with clients, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience at The Belfry.Liaising with AV companies to ensure all correct equipment is set up for clients needs.
