Current• Lead an international team of FP&A and Sales Operations experts responsible for providing financial and operational analytics to drive Sales Growth• Provide strategic insight to senior sales leadership through focused KPIs and meaningful analysis• Launched Sales Business Partner function that leverages strategic partnerships with sales leaders to provide forward looking insight into financial results, forecasts, pipeline, and KPIs• Ensure data management policies are followed in Salesforce and effective Territory Management for SDR and Sales functions• Guide BI Roadmap and ensure the evolution of our tools aligns with the GTM strategy• Measure ROI of current Sales Tech stack and leverage best in class tools that drive ROI and improve efficiency
