Co-founder of FAB, which is a student-run organization that serves as a mentor group to any athletes that identify as female in order to promote body positivity, self-confidence, and appreciation for their physical, mental, and emotion strength as a female athlete. As president, community outreaches and workshops must be coordinated with 20+ middle school, high school, and college female athletes. Four, 1-hour long workshops are facilitated and run with each respective group throughout the year. Each week a 1-hour long meeting with the executive board is lead.

Greencastle

Social and community outreach activities, specifically Suicide Awareness Night at one home game, mid-season is coordinated. DePauw Women's Soccer social media platforms, such as Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter are managed weekly. Throughout my time I have aimed to serve as a motivator and unifier for team members of all ages. I've done this by being an active mentor for incoming players, specifically through housing perspective students overnight and guiding them through a normal day at DePauw, such as attending class lectures and various meetings. I tend to devote on average 30+ hours per week during season, as well as 12-15+ hours per week in the off-season

10-week Human Resources internship program that focuses on the "End-to-End" Retirement experience at Eli Lilly and Co. All current stages of retirement were reviewed to fully understand the employee retirement experience (pre-retirement planning, retirement decision making, and post-retirement follow up). During the 10-week program, significant interactions and collaborations with third-party vendors, stakeholders, and active employees were utilized to ensure the current state and desired future state of the retirement experience were addressed.

Crown Point
