- I managed 7 unique projects that required strong organizational skills and professional collaboration with the Administrative Director of Operations, physicians, and care teams in a fast-paced environment. - I composed and received award for the Frigoletto Provider Burnout Grant which included multiple initiatives: supporting and expanding Telehealth, piloting iPads for ambulatory use, and developing a Wellness Wednesday program. - Other projects included revitalizing ambulatory emergency protocols, transitioning to a new standard of care for safer prostate biopsies, and collaborating with the Access team to streamline workflow.
