• Schedule monthly cleanings with service vendors• Define strategy and train staff to manage day-to-day business operations• Demonstrate and support continuous improvement and a growth mindset• Create and nurture relationships with partners to promote strategic goals

• Implement airfield safety procedures to promote a safe operating environment for personnel and aircraft operations• Provide aircrews with information and services needed for airfield management and flight planning• Maintain air-to-ground and point-to-point radio contact with aircraft commanders

•Collaborate with hiring teams to fully understand the department expectations, industry standards and responsibilities required for each assigned position•Screens applications, conducts interviews and partners with business leaders to select qualified candidates to fill vacancies•Actively pursues recruitment partnerships and participates in community job fairs and recruiting sessions

• Collaborates with other department members with projects, such as: benefits administration, processing new hires, terminations, and other transactional changes• Assists with coordinating employee relations events and activities• Supports the team by ensuring documentation is properly filed in the employee filing system
