The principal overseer for VTN's programs from British Columbia to Manitoba, from planning to implementation. Acting as the first point of contact for Veterans interested in programs, the role includes providing support, program information and managing sensitive relationships. It requires coordinating schedules between clinicians, participants, retreat centers, and other team members. It also requires managing logistics, program risks, and creating quick solutions. The position includes keeping in budget and reporting to team members and stakeholders regularly. Programs run annually increased from 7 to 15, from 2016-2024.

Prepare Year End Reports, Organization Policy Documents, Year to Come and Project Plans. Both internal and external documents. Areas of focus: water provision, agriculture/beekeeping, education, sponsor child programs, livelihoods, and refugee camp programming. Included the work plan submitted as part of the Obakki Foundation's initial NGO Registration with the Government of Uganda.

Manage campaigns and donor relations. Monitor fundraising activities to identify if the fundraising goals are being achieved. Identify and develop corporate, community and individual prospects for the organization's fundraising priorities. Perform outreach and engagement through fundraising events and speaking to community groups and schools. Proposal writing and submission. Manage the website through Wordpress, contribute to Social Media as required, and manage the project database. Continued to contribute to overseas projects through the design of two projects in Cameroon, developing and then completing the on-site viability studies.

Based in South Sudan. Implemented multiple programs including hand-pump installations, hand-pump rehabilitations, solar-powered water system installations, and trials of the Dutch BluePump technology. Designed and managed 5 community horticulture cooperative projects, expanding the organization from the WASH into the Food Security sector. Developed and issued needs assessments and M&E reports. Management of staff, contractors, and logistics. Performed legacy work on previous boreholes drilled and installed by the Foundation in communities across Lakes State, by motorcycle. Secured United Nations QIP (Quick Impact Project) funding. Co-organized and managed a staff & civilian evacuation. Met and aligned with local government and organizations for coordination and regional planning, including the development of a State Water Policy.

Supported the implementation of a newcomer youth project with the goal of developing the expression and acceptance of dual-identity. Hosted workshops with newcomer youth and at risk youth in low income neighborhoods. Performed communications activities with direct beneficiaries, and between organizations. Contacted and developed relations with schools, youth based NGO's, museums, and art galleries. Completed research and logistical activities. Hosted events for beneficiaries and stakeholders.
