A national non-profit initiative created to help re-integrate Canadian veterans with their families and communities.
We offer unique group-based Veteran Transition Programs (VTPs), giving Vets a place to help each other through the process of overcoming symptoms of trauma and other obstacles in the way of moving towards meaningful civilian employment . Refined through 20 years of research, the VTPs have helped over 800 veterans work past PTSD, find fulfilling careers and rebuild relationships with spouses, partners, families, and children.
