In my role as Channel Manager I am responsible for analysing different markets and finding, developing and maintaining relationships with partners in the EMEA region. I provide support and training on the industry, market, technology, solutions and added value in our partners’ portfolio. Helping our partners to create value for their customers by facilitating insights into the reality of the OEM, including their challenges, and the opportunities that digitization can provide. This often starts with the question: how can you help your OEM customers and increase your own revenue?

In my role as Teamlead I focused on further professionalising the department’s strategy and processes. I was responsible for overseeing and managing the overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. To improve processes, maximise efficiency and productivity it is crucial to closely collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, support, R&D) and external suppliers and partners. One of the most important tasks within my role was supporting, training and guiding the team (4FTE) to achieve our team goals that contribute to the growth of IXON.

During this period I have been working mainly in 2 departments: sales and supply chain. As IXON was rapidly growing, there were a lot of tasks and responsibilities that had to be taken care of. The tasks mainly included: • Following up on leads and opportunities• Supporting existing customers• Keeping up with industry developments, product and service updates• Customer meetings and demonstrations• Order fulfilment (working with Exact Online and Salesforce)• Taking care of export documentation and international logistics• Other administrative tasks

Personato is a recruitment agency, situated in Venray. The company takes care of the recruitment process for its customers and advises about the current labour market. Personato offers three different recruitment services, labour market communication and secondment, within 15 disciplines. My thesis focusses on the market positioning of the legal discipline of the organization and was written as part of the Bachelor Marketing and Sales Management at the HAN University of Applied Sciences.

Smart level ladder helps professionals all around the world to create a safer work place. The ladders are unique, as they have two patented integrated systems, which provide both efficiency and safety. The levelling system was designed in 2009 and has been further developed to become EN 131 and 2484 approved. All ladders meet the highest industry standards for professional ladders and are qualified by TÜV and GS. With the Smart Level System, the ladder can always be levelled within a single second, even when there is a height difference of 19 cm. This does not only prevent a lot of messing around with a skewed ladder, it is also a lot safer and legally required to make sure a ladder is levelled. The Top safe system is a clip system on the top of the ladder, which makes sure that within a second the ladder is solid and can no longer tilt. A necessity for everyone working with a ladder.
