I was the first analyst hire on the US Insights team, instrumental in building data and reporting infrastructure for the Soluna app, a youth mental health service launched in 2024. As a data analyst, I collaborated with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to create key performance dashboards, and developed hundreds of new metrics for both internal performance tracking and external reporting - contributing to the app's early success. The undergraduate college at National Louis University aims to be a national leader in closing the opportunity gap in bachelor's degree attainment and employment. On the Undergraduate Analytics team, I work with student and instructional data to answer questions and provide accessible insights for stakeholders to support student success.
