Facilitate cross-functional workstreams; support exhibitions and collections projects, acquisitions/loans and Asana integration; manage one of OMCA’s core galleries: Gallery of California Natural Sciences.

Facilitate cross-functional workstreams for exhibitions including interpretation, design/production, marketing and opening events; manage budget, contracts, exhibition timeline and serve as general poc for external stakeholders; monitor deadlines, team performance and facilitate overall project communication.

Develop school-wide K-12 projects year-round; supervise and evaluate the classroom teaching quality of faculty members across all sites (30+ teachers, 3,000+ students); implement new training systems for all-staff; identify strategic opportunities with stakeholders and communities; provide direct support to the Principal and CEO.

Lead day-to-day operations; supervise team of 3+ teachers and admin; manage budget, project timelines, schedule, stakeholder communications; develop site-specific fiscal year goals.

Design Art + STEM projects and oversee project implementation across all school sites; teach three levels of art courses (Exploration, Foundation, Advancement) to 250+ students; review existing curricula and improve teaching and training protocol.

Serve as one of the community artists in residence (CAIR) at Eastside International, an artist-run contemporary visual art kunsthalle and international artist residency program in Los Angeles; assist with exhibitions/installation, programs and day-to-day operations; provide general support to live-in artists and maintain the upkeep of studio spaces and communal facilities.

Provide general support to collections management, curatorial and prep; assist with various tasks in the exhibition planning process; liaise with press and external stakeholders.

Lead Art+Story/Art+Rhyme activities with local school groups; provide general, VIP and bilingual tours to visitors and donors; conduct press interviews and on-camera intros and tours; carry out family weekend workshops and other events.

Manage day-to-day tasks for Sonce Alexander Gallery; support solo and group exhibitions including exhibition planning, installation, press and openings, gallery promotions and client relationships; coordinate with artists and serve as general poc; manage studio visits, artist interviews and support publications; catalogue contributor.

Assist with various departmental tasks related to the MFA program.

Manage day-to-day tasks; assist the Faculty Director and provide writing support and feedback to students on campus.

Assist with lectures, course material prep, departmental programming, studio visits, artist talks and more; TA for professors including Walead Beshty, Jason E. Smith and others.

Manage day-to-day tasks for artist Monte Dolack and Monte Dolack Gallery; assist with exhibition planning, installation, press and openings, gallery promotions and client relationships; perform custom framing services.
