-Researching housing affordability within Canadian municipalities, including tools which can be leveraged by municipal governments to bolster regional housing affordability throughout the region-Co-writing and co-editing a municipal housing policy toolkit titled "Local Government Levers for Housing Affordability" - a toolkit which was disseminated across Canada with financial support from the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Association (CMHC)-Analyzing data from the Greater Victoria Point-in-Time (PiT) Count to identify and pinpoint vulnerable populations within the Greater Victoria Area's unhoused community-Co-organizing Councillor Learning Sessions to inform local elected officials, such as Mayors and municipal Councillors, on the tools available for bolstering regional housing affordability within Southern Vancouver Island
