Designed, organized, and led comprehensive training and onboarding programs for a nationwide team of 150 business development managers, and recruiters. I conducted proactive advisement for 100 first-year students on course enrollment, early career choices, academic standing, and other policies while aiding in the promotion and implementation of timely degree attainment measures, including interventions related to academic status and success. Additionally, I planned and facilitated three sections of a year-long, weekly first year group advising course which aids students in academic, personal, and professional exploration.

I provided advisement, guidance and ongoing support to 180 assigned students towards degree completion while also leading team of four professional coaches to support students transition into college through New Student Orientation programming and the coordination of registration.

Oversaw a residential community of over 1200 students in on and off campus properties while supervising 25 resident assistants. I performed on-call duties including emergency and crisis response for approximately 5,000 students within two residential campuses and off campus properties.
