Key member of the KITS retail store team to both launch and manage the day-to-day operations of our existing store location at Kits beach, as well as expansion to future locations• Partner with the Manager: Retail & Corporate Operations to achieve all margin and revenue targets for KITS retail store(s). • Plan, manage and coordinate the successful launches of marketing campaigns for the store by working cross functionally with the Marketing, Creative, Product and eCommerce teams to ensure holistic consideration and brand consistency is present from brief through to the on time delivery of assets• Assist in PR efforts for the store including agency and influencer coordination, event planning, asset development and product placement.

- Managing the day to day operations of the cafe- Scheduling staff to allow adequate coverage in all areas of the cafe while minimizing labour costs- Completing inventory and ordering of various products to support the functions of the cafe- Implement and enforce all COVID-19 procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff

- Prepare credit applications for financial loans with various lenders with the intent to purchase a motor vehicle- Liaison with the sales team to ensure adequate and accurate information is obtained for credit applications to ensure a successful lender experience- Review credit reports and deduct the best possible lender that aligns with clients credit history to ensure obtaining a loan is successful and non-problematic- Ensure attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information

- Guide students through comprehensive career planning by identifying careers that will be most in demand and cross referencing students abilities, work preferences and subject interests.- Public speaking to provide leadership and direction for secondary students to encourage skills and training systems in British Columbia as well as labour market information

Based in Brighton, UK at Domestic and General’s largest call centre, I would answer phone calls from customers to support them in everything from setting up new insurance plans for their domestic appliances to making claims for repairs or replacements, as well as all administrative duties for said customers
