CurrentI take a client centric approach to mortgage lending, emphasizing a financial planning approach with a little bit of fun mixed in. Unlike most lenders, I take the time to assess the entire financial profile of my clients and discuss their short and long term financial goals to determine how the mortgage will work best for their family. Purchasing a home is the biggest transaction most people will ever make, so I stick around after the transaction closes and continue to manage the mortgage for life. I stay in touch with my clients through 11 different annual touch points including an annual mortgage review. That means I'm staying in touch on the realtor's behalf to drive our mutual clients back to my agent partners for their future needs.
