- Monitor all areas in the venue (SBA, CCC & BMO) to ensure compliance with facility cleanliness, conduct proper monitoring and inspection procedures to ensure building is maintained properly and to company standards - Assign appropriate cleaning tasks to 45+ staff to ensure proper cleaning of facility is maintained - Routine maintenance checks of the venue premises to ensure the building is maintained properly and in working conditions - Creating and Closing Work Orders - Prioritize cleaning tasks in a timely manner while keeping staff/fan safety in mind- Respond and report of staffing concerns, issues or incidents to management - Administration paperwork is routinely reviewed and completed, while prioritizing appropriate tasks

- Scheduled meetings with management regarding disciplinary & grievances issues - Maintained reports and records on issues related with management/staff - Resolved issues relating to staff conflicts & disciplinary proceedings - Attended meetings regarding contract disputes/negotiations

- Routine maintenance of buildings checks interior/exterior perimeter of venue to ensure the cleanliness is consistent with company standards - Create and assign 40+ event staff with appropriate supervision to assigned areas - Responsible for leading, training and supervising facilities team in a fast paced, efficient manner - Organizing team Preshift/Postshift briefing for staff which includes prioritization of tasks during the event and after- Organizing radio base calls (receiving/closing calls) and assigning responsibilities/cleaning tasks to staff to ensure they are completed to company standards - Respond and report of staffing concerns, issues or incidents to management - Administration paperwork is routinely reviewed and completed, while prioritizing appropriate tasks
