Jenn is a Canadian who has always been passionate about music and has a strong affinity for numbers and puzzles. She is currently the SVP, Rights & Royalties for BMG, leading the Copyright and Recorded Music Administration teams in their US hub in Nashville. With stops at Sony BMG Music Canada, Provident Label Group (a division of Sony Music), Big Machine Label Group, Exactuals (City National Bank), and JKBX (Jukebox), Jenn has spent the past 18 years working with royalties in Toronto and Nashville, leading teams as they process artist, joint venture, mechanical and writer payments for record labels, publishers, and music distributors. She believes in the value of music and in empowering creators to understand their contracts through transparent reporting & accurate calculations. Jenn lives in Nashville with her husband and two young daughters, and enjoys time outside, music, books & travelling.
