Working closely with sales, planning, and cam, to ensure all documents are correct and all processes are signed off the travelers. Understanding of internal auditing standards, procedures, and techniques. Scanning documents to upload to customer data gateway. Visual inspection of the printed wiring board for correct markings, revisions, and traceability. First article inspection and preparing FAI documents for AS9102.

Duties Include Visual Inspections for In process and Final. Preparing Paperwork for customers using propermil-spec for the Circuit board Industry. Good Eye for detail is a must.Broad knowledge of Regulatory Compliance's, Mil-PRF-55110, Mil-PRF-31032 and IPC-6012. AS9100,AS9102 Certified. Working Closely with The Cam Dept. and Planning to insure a Quality product.Maintaining Files, Logs and Charts. Inventory, and ordering supplies. Working with Engineering onDiscrepancies on customer Drawings or Designs.Tools Used Are Pin Gauges, Micrometers, Calipers, and measuring eye loop

Evaluating and Preparing Artwork for Production. Photo processing, and Developing of silver film.Checking line widths, and spacing using customer specifications and drawings. working closely withEngineering and planning to insure a quality product. Microscope touch-up of silver film and production filmsto insure a good working film.
